Return Policy and Conditions

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the original ship date for most merchandise. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted.

A Return material authorization # (RMA#) is required for all returns. We reserve the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer.

All returned merchandise must be in the original sealed packaging and intact. All components, manuals, cables & accessories must be included. We inspect all returns and reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns that are not in the original sealed package. This does not include any defective product.
